trans and the body

do you think it is important for someone trans to modify and change their body? Lot of people go on hormones and decide to have surgeries to make there bodies feel more complete in there non biological gender, but some do not do that.

I think it's important for people (trans* and cis) to do whatever they need to to feel comfortable in their bodies. For some trans* people that includes a full medical transition, for others it doesn't.

Very much agree! Also, trans* folk can be in so many different possible economic situations, not everyone can afford to make medical changes, and that doesn't make them any more or less trans*. It's a very personal decision.
