I used to want to get my breast size reduced, but that want was part of my poor self image and now I'm perfectly fine with my breasts.

Ive never been a fan of implants they jus creep me out for some reason i think its how stiff they look and how perfectly round they are.

I'm planning to book a consultation with a top surgeon either this year or next .

I feel much better than I did before, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it over if I had to.

I want to get top surgery

Had top surgery last month, and I am much happier with my chest now

I'm having top surgery done in December. I'm very excited.

I want to get top surgery so badly!! My breasts make me feel so uncomfortable with my body - physically AND emotionally. Even though my partner loves my breasts (and will still love my bare chest in the future), I often can't even stand to look at my own chest let alone have anyone else look either...so I usually wear a shirt around him.
They just feel like such a burden. The only way I would ever consider keeping them is if I have a baby, because I'm very pro-breastfeeding.
But I think I should just worry about myself right now, not a future baby I may never have....

I had a breast reduction to enhance my androgyny and I'm much happier now
I've never felt like a "man" or a "woman" and having smaller breasts makes me feel so much more comfortable in my skin as a genderfluid individual.

I haven't yet, but I will be as soon as I am able.

I'm hoping to get top surgery (removal) done sometime soon after I get out of college. I'm really excited - top surgery and T are the two things I want most right now.

I am happy the way I am

Hopefully in around 16 months time

I have had surgery and I believe it is the best thing that has ever happened to me. It happened two years ago and I must say outside of the fact that my skin scars easy it was great. My chest has sensation, nipples are still kind of sensitive but other than that it feels great.

I plan to eventually but I'm really excited to start T first. My chest is small as it is so it's fairly concealable in my shirts. But it will be nice to look down and know that it's flat under the shirt too, and that I can go around topless and have that feel super right.

Not until my body fat redistributes. A pretty standard route, I think.

I want top surgery so bad, more than being on T.
I'm actually ambivalent at best toward being on T but super want top surgery. My chest makes me so dysphoric, and I feel like when people have played with that area I haven't gotten much out of it, and while yes I realize quite a few people like that physical aspect of me (I'm quite small), for me personally it would make me so much more comfortable if they were gone.
I'm interested in finding a surgeon who would remove them even if I weren't on T/ had unknown breast cancer history, etc. and would remove them covered by insurance just by the fact that I feel extreme dysphoria about them

I had surgery two weeks ago!

I had top surgery in October and I am much, much, much happier now.
I have an extremely flat chest, just as I had hoped for, the only thing that bothers me is on one side I have a crease in my chest and on the other a small protruding spot where there seems to be scar tissue.
My surgeon said that is normal and it may take up to a year to get the final results, but I admit I am pretty impatient as it has been just over two months and I am really hoping those issues will go away without any additional work needing to be done.

If you want to get them removed you should call plastic surgeons who do gynecomastia surgery (male breast removal). You don't need to be on T for that as long as you're 18+ and sign the consent forms.

You may need to call a few doctors even 5 or 10 but that's how I found one and he was only about the third person I called, and the very first consult that I went to.
Since it's plastic surgery of a very basic variety, you don't NEED a letter- they remove men's all the time with no letter, reduce and even remove women's without letters as well, and will do it for a trans* person. It's when you go to a TRANS-SPECIFIC doctor that they make you jump through hoops because they want to look good to the people whom they network with.
