How long did it take for you guys to change when you started T?
Testosterone changes - how long do they take?

It entirely depends on your body, the type you get and the dosage you get. When I was on 5% cream, I noticed an IMMEDIATE increase in my sex drive, within a month or two I noticed clitoral growth, and by the end of the 6 months I was sprouting happy trail hair and chin hair. Now that I'm on .5% cream (yeah, huge difference), I'm hardly noticing anything. My doctor lowered it because I was having issues with irritability, but this dose is ridiculously too low for me. I'm going to call and see if I can get a higher dose with my next bottle but I'm afraid it's going to cost a lot more :'D
When starting (on a proper dose that is), expect a change in your mood patterns and sex drive first. Acne comes next, around the 2nd month usually. The rest depend on your body/dose/type. Hair growth and voice lowering tend to come around the same time, and it seems like hairline changes come slowly.

I felt tingling in my nether regions about an hour after my shot :S sounds weird but it's what I remember the first thing being. I think lower growth was the first thing that was noticeable.
Voice took maybe a couple weeks. I only had 1 "red death" cycle after starting my shots.
I'm a year and a half on T and my facial hair is still barely coming in D: meanwhile the hair on my head is quickly fading at the same time now.

I was started on a lower dose and felt noticeable changes by day 3 on T. I've been kept on a low dose because it has worked exceptionally well for my body. I've been on T nearly 8 months now. My voice was dropping in the first week but didn't have a huge drop until about 5 weeks.

what are thinking is a low dose. I ask not to sound rude but from all the guys i know that live in different states or have have different docs everyone is different in what they say. I was upped after my 1st 6months to get my T levels to that of a bio guy at the age I was.
