Looks like the curve has a thicker base so it might hold better in a harness but then again it is bigger so if that is not what you think feels good down there then I would go with the other one.

I'm female with no male around so I can't say anything about prostate play but for me the Acute is fantastic vaginally and ho-hum anally (probably because I lack the prostate). Acute is very easy to aim, not too floppy or too stiff - perfect for g-spotting on myself.

I have both and each is nice for anal play. The Acute gets used more than the Curve, I just like the feel of the Acute better.
The Curve has a matte finish and holds the lube better than the Acute, but once your anus gets properly lubricated they both perform equally well. The Curve is easier for a partner to hold due to the base but I like the Acute's base for solo use.
Can't help much on harness use, but I would guess the Curve would stay better because of the thicker base. Although, I have read that the Acute works good too.

Also I just noticed that the base that the shaft connects to on the Acute goes smaller to bigger so depending on the size of the hole on your harness, it might be a little lose moving around in there. The Curve has more of the same size around where it connects to the base.
