Should I spend the money on an expensive one, or is a cheap one almost as good?
Why is the price range so large? Are there major differences between pumps priced at $15 and ones priced at $115?

Is the more expensive penis pump worth it? If so, choose the Penis Pump System. If not, choose the E-Z Pump.

I just want to know which to purchase.

Different companies, quality. Not sure which is better but I wouldn't want to pay 120 bucks for one.

I would get a cheaper version of whatever I wanna try if I am not even sure if I like the concept of the toy, then move on to more serious ones if I do!

Whatever you buy just get a cheaper version before you get to know how much you like the specific toy!

I would get the cheaper once first to see if it works.

i agree with the others. start cheaper. they won't work for some guys. there are practically free options to get you into pumping (baby or 20 cc syringes from pharmacies/dr offices) so that a dick pump might seal better. for ftm growth, unless you're already big, "clit" pumps are usually recommended because there's less air in the chamber if it's a snug fit around your cock

Usually cheaper as long as you are able to find some way to measure and control the pressure for safety reasons. It just needs to be able to hold a strong seal as well.

I's start with the cheaper toy if I'm not sure about the shape of the product. If I like it, I might order a more expensive one, but doubt it.

Do these even work?

I mentioned this is a different post but the penis head pump has been working for me: link

I've looked into this as well. As far as I can tell, this particular one is so cheap because it has no gauge, no release system (you put your finger over the hole in the side instead), and is made from cheaper materials. Gauges increase the cost quite a bit, and are pretty useless. The release system isn't really a big deal either, unless you're really opposed to plugging the hole while you pump, you're going to be holding it anyways so I'm not sure why that would be a big issue. The more expensive ones tend to be able to take more pressure and still be comfortable, but discomfort with a cheap pump can be remedied with a pump sleeve.

try the cheaper one first, then save up for the other. it's always nice to have various toys to choose from - maybe they'll feel different.

Save your money until you're sure.
