My feelings about my body vary from day to day. I tend to get hit with waves of dysphoric feelings when I am also stressed or tired in general, which I understandable but extremely unpleasant. What are everyone's strategies for managing dysphoria in the short term, during bad moments? Do you have a strategy at all? Please share.

distractions are key for me.
also binding and packing for a good part of the day/night is another help.
