Exercises to reduce breast size for ftms?

Contributor: Rhiulan Rhiulan
Curious if anyone had any recommendations for me. They're really not that big, only b cups, but I certainly wouldn't mind them becoming easier to bind.

Unfortunately, from what I've learned, it's impossible to target one area for fat reduction, you'll have to lose weight all around to lose breast fat. I recently made another topic about exercises for FtMs, everyone said cardio is best!

I was doing push ups to help with mine. Sadly, I lost weight on the band and gained in my pectorals, making them even larger!

I went from a 46J to a 44N!

Uhhh I lost a lot of weight I mean a LOT of weight one summer - dropped from 90 to 68 pounds... and went from a C cup to a B almost an A cup... but I wouldn't recommend that. I was having health issues... otherwise everything is mostly gonna build muscle; and you may not even HAVE fat in that area; so there may not be anything to "lose" seeing as the majority of a breast is mammary glands...

Push ups and other chest exercises couldn't hurt. That and general weight loss, and you should be in somewhat decent condition.

This is super terrible to mention, since it is not an exercise, but I know that binding, with time, helps to reduce the size/fullness of them.

i'd reccomend pushups, and working out your arms. If only for the fact, that the more your arms are build up, the smaller the rest of you looks. (and this theory applies to other areas of the body too.)

good luck, though.

Spot-fat reduction doesn't really happen so the best way to remove chest fat is probably by reducing ALL fat. Cardio is good, but lifting weights is actually better for this because it consumes more. Also apparently fat = more estrogen(or less T?) so overall getting rid of fat may help in more ways than one .
