Does anyone here do anything to make the Underworks binder more comfortable, around the seams, especially the underarm area. I've tried a few things but somedays it still hurts like crazy

How long have you been wearing it? I believe mine is Underworks as well (they ship from Canada I think?) and initially it really hurt me, but now I've gotten used to it. I still get that line about an inch under my armpit, where it's like a red mark but it no longer causes me pain usually.

Mine is actually pretty comfortable to me... maybe you need a bigger size if it's really digging in.

You might want to try it in a larger size. Some of my old ones is stretched out, but by that point, it isn't doing the binding job anymore.

You could try wearing an undershirt under the binder.

try the next size up, if it's cutting into you something's amiss.

Yea mine are usually pretty comfortable. Also the more you wear it, it will sort of wear in and be more comfortable. I do have a new Tri Top that I don't wear because it digs into me, but the Ultimate Chest something or another I have (basically the tri top with a tank top over it) feels great.

If it's cutting into you, it's probably too small.

If it's not uncomfortable in the chest, I'd suggest lowering the armpits or adding a gore to widen it right there.
If you suspect it's too small all-over, you might try a size up - they're very good about exchanges.

If it hurts, it's too small. If the seams are rubbing you raw, try buying iron-on seam repair strips to cover them up, you can get them for a buck or two at any craft/fabric store, Walmart might even carry them.
If it's slightly too small, instead of buying a new one, you could always cut the back and add an inch of fabric, all that takes is a piece of canvas, a needle and thread!
