Not all gay guys like anal stimulation so my answer to the question is, no, not at all. Getting a finger or dildo up your bum has nothing to do with sexuality. It has everything to do with being open about your own body and what you enjoy.

why would that make you gay? After joining this community I learned that all men, straight, gay, or otherwise, can enjoy anal stimulation. From what I understand the prostate is very pleasurable.
