I've got the Big boy however I'm only able to insert it fully with the base pointing at my back. However I figured out that it works pretty well that way too. The problem is the last ball, just can't get it in.

The "Butt Boy". It is the easiest to keep retained while having sex. Unless your sitting you'll find most of the others will slip out too easily.
