Generally a very nice plug. My only complaint is that the handle is a bit to "tall", so if I sit down while wearing it it pushes the plug body into my prostate and can cause minor brusing. Also, the ridge on the inside of the handle can be uncomfortable to grab and manipulate the plug with. If you like the feeling of being "held open" the narrow neck might not be for you. It stays in well, stimulates the prostate well, and is generally comfortable.
