I mean its gotta be in about the same place for every woman right? can it be on the right or left side? Also if your having sex or using a vibrator or dildo, its not like theyre tiny, it would stimulate it anyway right? Because Ive never had a g-spot orgasm and im curious
Is there really such thing as FINDING a g-spot?

I never have either - and it's not that I haven't been trying!

I read an article recently about a study conducted that found that a lot of women seem to not have a g-spot at all - and I think I'm one of them!

Well, I'm not an expert or anything (maybe I will be soon since I just started reading the Smart Girl's Guide to the G-spot) but the placement can vary, though it is generally in the same area. Some women need more of a hook shape to stimulate it. For me the amount of curve I need depends on how aroused I am. So, it's not necessarily true that just using a dildo or vibrator or sex would automatically stimulate it. It depends on position, shape of what is inserted, and different women find that their G-spots are best stimulated by different things.

I recommend trying to locate it first with your finger so you can tell where it is. You'll be able to feel it since it feels rougher than the surrounding tissue. Once you know where it is you can start experimenting with toys and sex positions to see what works best for you. Once you know how to stimulate it you can work on experiencing G-spot orgasms. I also highly recommend the Smart Girl's Guide to the G-spot, I'm not finished with it yet, but so far it's amazing and it has a lot of great information.

Thanks for the book recommendation! I experience them with my partner's fingers but am all thumbs with my own so I've been trying different toys. The Fun Factory Little Paul has been effective for me. I have a few other toys on their way to try. It really seems like trial and error.

I guess mine is real deep in, I need a severely hooked or curved toy to find it. So far only the Pure Wand has been able to hit it. Can't orgasm from it, though.

Mine is pretty deep and I do need a very pronounced hook. There are tutorials online for teaching your partner to stimulate your g-spot and it helps if you do your kegels (remember, it's not just a tightening of the muscles, but you must mimic the idea of tightening it like a basket weaving together and then imagine that there is a string pulling it up... so you want to tighten and lift).

I've also noticed when trying to feel my g-spot and experimenting with either my husband or a vibrator, that I'm trying so hard to feel something, that I'm not relaxed. Just lay back and enjoy the ride!

I believe the G spot is an area rather then a spot, unlike the clit. Be patient and explore the area, you will find it. The recommended book should help as will patience....just don't rush your exploratory sessions.
G spot toys and dils also help, check out some of the reviews..
