Anatomical Question

Contributor: Wayne Kerr Wayne Kerr
I noticed something new last night.

While massaging my wife's g-spot during cunnilingus, I noticed something like a tendon tighten across it just before and during her climax. It raised a ridge across the lower 1/3 or the g-spot...maybe a half-inch from the bottom. I could feel the tendon-or whatever it was-tighten and raise upon either side of the g-spot as she neared climax, and then it actually pulled so tightly it raised up across the bottom of the g-spot itself, almost forming a tiny little pocket or pouch as it stretched the skin.

I tend to pay attention, but I've never noticed something like this before and we've been together for 18 years and change. I tried something a little different in my stroking technique last night and I noticed that her orgasm was fairly mild, but she said she liked it better because it was so smooth and relaxing this time. Very satisfying.

I don't exactly know what my question is on this one, but I'd like to hear some comments on the subject.

Thanks,

Wayne.

I just asked D if he noticed something like that with me. He said that I come in different ways so not always. He said that more often I don't have anything like that happen, but sometimes I do.

He wasn't able to go into more detail Hope that helps!

And glad you were able to find something new after so long

Have you two had kids? I heard that messes things up.

Maybe ask her to mention it to her GYN next time she goes in?

It was most likely her Orgasmic Platform forming. This structure is a part of the vagina, right past the G Spot (usually) that is usually undetectable but that RAISES UP right before orgasm. It causes a little pouch in front of the cervix, to catch and keep semen there. (Yes, your bodies WANT her pregnant!)

Most women don't even know they have this structure, and it wasn't even found until Masters and Johnson did their seminal research less than 40 years ago.

The Platform usually stays for a while after her orgasm, and then gradually recedes.

Yeah, I knew that the spasms helped to make a woman pregnant, but I did not know about that as well. Thanks.

Thanks, P-Gell. I'm still amazed how much information regarding a woman's body can still be a little difficult to find. It amazes me more, though, what women don't know about their own bodies.

I knew about the spasms, and it's amazing to watch the cervix bang itself into that little pocket above the pubic bone, forcing semen on up the line, but I'd never really felt the dam forming like that before. This was definitely across the lower half or third of the G-spot, though. Unless I'm wrong about how much of that spongy feeling bump in there is actually g-spot.

JR, we do have kids, but one's in college and the other's in high school. It probably wouldn't be right to blame them at this point.

And to the three ladies whose parts are still tight and lovely-looking...I probably shouldn't have that kind of intimate knowledge about you. That might be difficult for me to explain and have it come out sounding right.

Thanks.

Wayne.

JR, I kind of resent the "messed up" comment. With that said, having babies does change the structure of your cervix (after you've had kids it closes in more of a triangular shape than a circular shape), and temporarily loosen the vaginal muscles, but again, that is temporary!

With that said, I was also going to mention what P-Gell said, though not in such an informative manner, heh. The vagina does indeed create that little "catch-all" for reproductive reasons!

I'm sorry. I didn't mean that in a bad way. I meant that, from my friends who have had kids, things aren't always the same after as they were before.

sorry!

Such an interesting discussion. I sometimes like to keep one hand on my abdomen right above the pubic bone. Right before climax I can feel a hard lump form and rise. Maybe this is the same thing P'Gell is talking about but felt from the outside.
