Did you know the name has apparently changed from g-spot to g-zone? The term was changed due to the area in question being decided to be a "zone" as determined by sexologists and not a specific "spot" that is always triggered.
G-Zone

I have not heard of this but I guess it makes sense.

I never knew about this. Huh. The things you learn.

Who's to say a spot has to be small? It seems a little silly to change it now when it's been called the g-spot for so long.
04/15/2012
I have not heard about this change neither. Can you provide a link to the information - I googled and nothing came up.
04/15/2012
I'm still calling it "g-spot". What next, an "area"?
04/19/2012
I haven't heard of this until now. I'll probably still continue to call it a g-spot though.
04/19/2012
I've heard it periodically but I think it's one of those things that's never gonna stick, just something they say
04/19/2012
Huh. I learned something new today! I'll still probably call it "G-spot" out of habit, though.

I have heard this, but changed by whom? Who is the authority that gets to decide on this subject?
This is one of those things where I'm sure some sexologists think the name should be changed and some don't. Although it's more descriptive, it doesn't have a ring to it that will catch on.
There's no dictionary of Proper Sex Terms to Use in the Bedroom, because "g-spot" is slang anyway. It's like saying, "Sexologists have decided that the penis will only be referred to as Dick from now on, never Cock." I don't think people would like that. XD

Well, that was my thought on it, which is why I include the word "apparently." I don't know who gets to make that decision, but I want that job! =P

The g-spot is one of many 'erogenous zones' - makes sense to me - but don't expect the term g-spot to disappear from the colloquial lingo!
04/27/2012
Always heard it as G-spot.
04/27/2012
I will stick with G-Spot!
04/27/2012
I'm sticking with g-spot, g-zone sounds silly.
04/27/2012
I have heard this, but I am stuck in my ways so I'm going to keep calling it a G-spot.
04/27/2012
That sounds more realistic to what is actually there in terms of each woman's nerve cells not being the same as the next.

I have not heard this. Hmm! Interesting.
04/27/2012
interesting
04/27/2012
Interesting. I just keep saying in my head "Welcome to the G-zone!" and I'm not sure why haha
