I actually work in a hospital and thought of a way to test this out cause i'm convinced it is urine as well and my partner thinks it's ejaculate. I did this by myself just to avoid I told you so's or any other silly answers. I took the medication pyridum simply because it is gaurenteed to turn your urine reddish/orange, actually it stains(totally forgot about that!) I proceeded to pleasure myself and when I couldn't take it anymore orgasmed solely to see what color it was. My finding are that it was the color of the urine (reddish/ orange)that I saw when I used the bathroom earlier. I read an article once that stated squirting is due basically to bladder incontinence when having an orgasm which seems to be true. In there study they placed foley catheters in women and made them orgasm. Their findings were consistent that ejaculation was made of mostly urine, but they also did find that the urine had a hormone in it that wasn't produced during urination alone. So what does that tell me? It seems to be urine, but that's from my own experimental study.Hope it helps. But even I still don't feel like I really know

Lol! I'd pass on the taste test..

From the research I've done, and from past experiences - I've come to the conclusion that it is some of both. Some of the ejaculate are just normal feminine juices created in glands connected to the urethra which release natural lubrication during sex. Some of these juices are believed to back-flow into the bladder, which is further down the line from the Skene's glands I mentioned before. It has been proven that some of what comes out while squirting consists of varying amounts of urine.

My girl can pee just before sex, and come immediately after (within 3 to 5 minutes) which is enough time for more liquids to enter the bladder, but I'm sure given the amount of fluid coming out of her, that not all of it could possibly be coming from her bladder that shortly after using the bathroom. She also always pees after sex, and even after SOAKING the bed, she can pee albeit not a whole lot.

This is how I've come to the conclusion that the ejaculate is some of both, and probably varies in amounts with a variety of mainly unknown factors. It's not really a well researched topic, though much debated. I think most people just have an issue accepting the fact that they might be involving pee in sex. While I'm not into golden showers or anything like that, urine is completely sterile, and almost tasteless when drinking a healthy amount of water.

That being said, I have seen her ejaculate be slightly yellow in color once before. The issue is easily solved by increasing the amount of water she drinks, and eating foods that are considered good for your flavor like tropical fruits.

OMG..So many mixed opinions on this subject. I have recently started squirting and I did a bit of research on the net as well and this is what I found:

I have explained this to many people and many are reluctant to believe its possible. I was included in that thought until I actually did it. It took me 30 years to do and 6 months to be comfortable doing it. When it comes to turning a woman on, there’s wet, and then there’s wet. You can learn how to unleash a tidal wave of orgasmic juices in your bed. Read on to find out more about the phenomenon of female ejaculation.

How It Works

Females ejaculate? Yes, they do. We’re talking about a gusher of fluid spurting out of her pussy as she cums. Actually, to be more accurate, the fluid comes squirting out of her urethra. Don’t let this gross you out, though; it’s not pee! Female cum is a clear, odorless liquid produced by a small organ called the “female prostate,” or urethral sponge, which is located between the urethra and vagina. The fluid it produces just happens to come out of the pee hole, but…so does guys’ semen, right?

While some women may experience ejaculation naturally in the course of intercourse or other sex play, most require some concentrated stimulation of the G-spot. Massaging the G-spot causes the urethral sponge to become engorged with fluid, which is then expelled during orgasm. And, as with an orgasm, ejaculation also requires the woman to “let go.” Before ejaculating, the woman will feel as though she is going to pee. However, it is nearly impossible for her to urinate while coming, because the muscular contractions of orgasm close off the bladder and prevent the passage of urine.

Use Your Hands

The most reliable way to induce female ejaculation is by manual stimulation. Lay a towel on the bed before you begin (the amount of fluid released can be considerable), in my case I have a Blanket folded over 6 times and I still soak through it at times. Make sure your hands are clean and your nails well trimmed so you don’t scratch her or introduce dirt into her girl parts. Get into a comfortable position between her legs, as achieving ejaculation can take half an hour or more. My first time took me about 45 minutes to “squirt”. With much practice I can accomplish this within seconds of touching myself.

Find the G-Spot

Begin by stroking or licking her clit to get her aroused. Once she begins to get turned on, insert two fingers, palm side up, into her vagina. About an inch to two inches inside the vaginal entrance, you should feel a round, roughened area on the front wall. This is the G-spot. Stroke against this area using firm pressure. It should enlarge and begin to feel more solid. Try touching or licking her clit as you manipulate the G-spot. Follow her responses and pace yourself to prolong her period of arousal; the more time she’s aroused, the more juice is building up in there.

The Urge to Urinate

As she gets closer to cumming, she will start to feel as though she has to urinate. That’s the cum beginning to flow into her urethra. In order for her ejaculate, she has to relax, let go, and push down and out with the same muscles she would use as if she were peeing. It may be hard to overcome the impulse to hold back, but you can reassure her, again, that if she is cumming, she will not pee.

Instead, as she comes and pushes the fluid out, she should feel extra intense orgasmic pleasure, and you should be rewarded with a spurt of nectar that may range from gentle gush to a drenching spray.

Hints and Tips

Attaining female ejaculation may take some practice and experimentation. You may find it easier to stimulate her G-spot if she gets on her hands and knees and you enter her from behind, pressing down on the G-spot instead of up. For me its much easier to do in an upright position. I can do it laying down but need help from a partner to do it because its much harder to do to myself. As a woman gets more familiar with ejaculation and the sensations associated with it, it should be easier for her to achieve.

On a more personal and possibly TMI note; I squirt usually on a daily basis. I have noticed a difference in the consistancy, smell and color of my squirting. 1. It seems to change color if I take my vitamins to a more light yellow color. 2. It GREATLY depends on how Hydrated I am. 3. Gross but it also depends on if its that special time of the month and if so it will get a pink color to it.

For me it begins a thick and creamy and after my first initial squirt it becomes more the clear water type that so many seem to be familair with. Squirt also has many of the same hormones as urine so it will seem much the same.

Hope this helps, not much is taboo for me so sorry if I grossed anyone out or went to far in explaining things.

unfortunately the research is conflicting, almost to the point of argumentative. also not thorough enough. how hard should this be to figure out in a scientific study. see where it comes from, test the chemical makeup.

but screw them all....my bf and myself can tell the difference....and i've done both. it feels different when it happens, its method of coming out looks different, its look and smell and taste is different.

and this may upset a few, i am sorry, but if this was something newly being looked into regarding male experiences, it would be figured out completely without differing opinions. biology is biology...opinions should not play a part in the findings

Thank you for this.

Anyone who squirts volumes of liquid must be squirting liquid from their bladder. Think about it. The male prostate is huge compared to the female prostate. Men only ejaculate at most a tablespoon. How can we possibly ejaculate more just from our tiny prostates? We can't.

What I've concluded is happening is that the liquid comes both from the bladder and the female prostate. There may be a chemical coming from the female prostate that decolorizes it. That must be where the sugary smelling component comes from too.

I invite everyone who is certain that none of it comes from the bladder to squirt into an empty white bathtub or collect it in a cup/glass to verify the color.

There really hasn't been nearly enough research done on this topic.

I have an ex who has refused to perform oral sex on a woman since a girl "peed" on him once. Odds are, he was pretty good at it and she just squirted, but it grossed him out to the point where he decided never to do it again. What a shame...

Female ejaculate is a clear, non odorous slightly sweet tasting fluid that has no lubricating properties. And an amazing orgasm!!! There is definitely a larger fluid amount with the more g-spot orgasms you have.

Every woman can squirt, we all have the same parts..lol I was reading posts like these years ago and wondered why some women do and some women don't, reading one womans instructions on how to squirt helped me to squirt for the first time a few years back, well, it was more of a gush, but it was a lot, a whole lot, now I can do it every time. So after reading "how to" advice, I'm going to try to give my own advice now to try and help anyone who is reading but cant squirt or gush. First, relax and get yourself very turned on, whatever it is you do to turn yourself on to masturbate. Start with clit stimulation, just relax...it may take a while, watch your favorite porn, just do whatever it is you do to get turned on, then lay a few towels down folded up underneath you, so you can relax and let go when its time without worrying about making a mess. Use the bathroom first to empty your bladder also so you are sure you are not peeing...(if you are worried about that)

Then take your fingers or a toy and start working them inside you, try finding your g spot, its about 2 inches up on the front side above your pubic bone. It really is easy to find, just use a g spot toy that is curved or your fingers, when you stimulate it, it really will make you feel as though you have to pee, if that happens, you are in the right spot. I just used a toy...the key is to relax and like what you are doing. When this first happened to me..I was very relaxed, using a toy and then what felt like warm water started running down my hand...then I just started moving the toy a little faster and harder...when I felt the urge to pee, I removed the toy and pushed..not releasing like to pee, just push. Like right now, you can push...but you wont pee, that kind of push, then I did it again..the urge to pee came again and I bared down...another warm gush, then when I let myself go to orgasm I pushed again..then a flood came out. I would say it was about a full cup, when I got up, my sheet were not damp, they were soaked, like someone poured a full bowl of water on them. the more turned on you are the more you will gush or squirt I have found. I can only do this by myself or with a man I have been with a long time, so it really is about being relaxed and 100% comfortable...and VERY turned on.

So yes, any woman can do this, I think the pee sensation stops us, that's what stopped me..but it is NOT pee, I KNOW what pee is. This is a clear, colorless, orderless, cloudy, slightly sweet fluid.

So relax, lay some towels down, use a toy till you feel the spot that makes you feel like you are about to pee....be really turned on, take the toy out really fast and push a little, just tell yourself, if I pee...so what...just lay something down to protect your bed and practice, its getting past the omg, Im gonna pee feeling.....just tell yourself so what if I do? (you wont)That feeling passes when you get used to squirting, then you can clearly tell the difference...just practice and have fun.

And I just HAVE to add that I am 100% sure it is not pee because all these women who are soaking their sheets EVERY NIGHT would have ruined, urine soaked mattresses, the smell would be horrible, so no..of course its not..It dries clean like water, my sheets and mattress are not urine soaked,I have squirted all over my room and I'm an overly clean person and would not do this if I thought it was even 10% urine.

I've read different things myself, originally I heard that squirting was pee, than I read squirting is not pee. Now most recently I read squirting contains traces of urine in it. Honestly that one seems to make the most sense. I think squirting probably contains traces of urine in it but a lot of factors contribute to how much is urine. I know there have been times that my wife has squirted and it smells a lot more like urine than other times. I think it just depends on some factors like how long ago you emptied your bladder, what you've eaten that day, how much water you've been drinking throughout the day. I mean think about when you drink lots of fluids your pee is clear but that doesn't mean it's not urine because it's not yellow

I read somewhere, probably Dr. Berman. That an institute tested women who squirted and ones who don't for figure some stuff out. Anyway they eventually tested both women urine after an orgasm and found that women who didn't squirt actually had ejaculation fluid in there urine and the women who squirted didn't. So it stands to reason that all women should squirt, but we can't let ourselves go enough and then the fluid backs up into our bladders.
Thought I' throw that out there.

Women "squirt" or ejaculate, no more myths!! The squirt juice comes from a gland that is on her G spot, this gland is rarely used and the first times is used there could be a distinctive odor to it, not pee but could be strong at times. With time usually a couple of times this gland becomes active and the squirt will loose color and smell. The colors could be yellow or simply cloudy.

She will benefit if she does kegel exercises and release exercises as well, then she will gain control of it and release it. If she is not releasing and the gland is filling up there could be some discomfort after sex and could lead to UTI's.

You can see an instructional video at stairwaytobliss.com on the video section and I will be posting more videos about this shortly

It really makes no difference if your bladder is full or empty, the only reason I say to pee first is because at first you can not always tell the difference if you are about to squirt or pee, if you have already peed, you will be more likely to let go and squirt, the "pee" feeling goes away after you are comfortable and can tell the difference, I still squirt, but no pee sensation much anymore....

I can squirt right after emptying my bladder now, so there's hope for you. I still think there's pee in it, at least sometimes. Having just peed doesn't mean the kidneys stop sending pee to the bladder. It takes zero seconds for more to enter.

Sometimes my kidneys hurt for a minute afterward. I know I'm the only person on the planet that this happens to, but it makes me wonder whether the squirting process might actually pull liquid from the kidneys.

I always go pee before trying to make myself squirt. I have noticed my ejaculate being a little more yellow from time-to-time, but not pee-yellow. Those times, it's typically been awhile since I've squirted, so I just chalk it up to that.

There are so many studies being done over and over on this. Female ejaculate has the same components as male ejaculate sans the semen. They have tested samples and there is a difference between urine and female ejaculate. The ejaculate comes from the Skene's gland which would be our female prostate. Some still say the ejaculate comes from the urethra.

Unlike men, women can urinate while having sex. There is a slight difference in the sensation when you get used to doing it, but even though I've done it for a long long time, I still have my moments where I'm confused. When I was younger I would gush a lot and it was all ejaculate, it didn't smell or even stain. There was no yellow coloring, there was no odor, nothing. A year ago I was also able to do it again and again, it wasn't urine. Even with a full bladder I don't ever think I ever released that much urine.
