I heard this one too. It got a lot of the girls on my school bus to start practicing their kegels.

It was more about how the women COULD clench and hold rather than "oops, clenched, now you're stuck."

I think it's possible if the woman had something long enough, and bulged at the end. For me, I usually just end up pushing things clear out rather than getting them stuck.
