About fifteen years back I did hear of a case of a phone-sex operator who sued her company for 'work related injuries' when she did get carpel tunnel while doing her job.

Personally I had always thought they faked it, so either she was thoroughly devoted to her clients or immensely stupid about the business.

I've heard of people (men) getting tennis elbow from too much masturbation. I'm not sure about carpel tunnel, though...

It is highly possible. If you are a vigorous stroker, or just have a kung fu grip, too much repeated strenuous activity can in fact lead to carpel tunnel and other joint problems. Remember folks, if you're gonna wack it, wear yourself out the first time!

Nah, but I have gotten hand and various arm cramps on many occasions XD. I'd think if people changed up the way they masturbate and not do the same repetitive motion for the rest of their lives, they wouldn't get carpal tunnel that easily.

I do curls when i work out so when i go to take care of business my forearms aren't bothered by it. I'd imagine if you were a chronic and did it multiple times a day for years you would have some sort of negative consequences.

I can see it being possible, but only if you're someone who masturbates very vigorously and frequently. The worst I've ever gotten was a sore and very tired arm.

I've not had any problems. But I don't go for multiple sessions/every day thing.

I sure hope not! I haven't experienced anything negative so far, personally.

No, but I try to make sure my wrists are in a neutral position and not overly flexed to avoid putting too much pressure on the nerve because I do get some pain in my hands sometimes when I flex too much. A lot of my family members have gotten carpal tunnel syndrome so I'm a little more careful.
