I'm usually really into trying new things with my partner, but with the guy I'm with now, I find it difficult to let go. I am comfortable with him, but we tend to do the same thing every time we have sex. It's always me on top. Any suggestions as to easy ways to start out with new positions and such?
What to try

I suggest talking with your partner. Maybe he wants to try other things too but he's feeling the same way you are. You could always start the conversation out by saying "Ohh I seen this position that I was interested in trying.. what do you think of it?" or, "I was thinking we could try *insert position here* because it's supposed to feel really good". Or you could pick up a book on positions from EF and browse the pages together to find a position you both would find interesting! I'm not sure if that helps.. Good luck!

This post exactly. Took the words right out if my mouth. May I please be so bold as to suggest Ride Em' Cowgirl by Dr. Sadie Allen? This book has tips on starting conversations as well as really simple explanations of different variations of different positions. I am actually working on a review of it right now. It's a very simple guide that you don't have to read forever in order to understand how the new positions are supposed to work. The diagrams are great.

As strange as this may sounds pillows even just bed pillows make things fun. We have reviewed the Liberator Ramp and Wedge combo and we use that to add some spice.
