What is the strangest name you have heard someone name their kid? I recently heard the name Princess Boo Boo. I saw it in the news. I thought it was a nick name at first, but upon further reading of the story, I found it to be her real name. Her sister's name is Pumpkin.
What's in a name?

Princess and pumpkin are cute, but it might make it difficult for them to get jobs in the future.
The strangest name I've ever heard... I guess adolf. It was a news story where a white supremacist couple made a fuss, because their local bakery wouldn't put that name on their kid's birthday cake.

My son has a unique name, which I'm not posting on the internet because he's probably one of a handful of boys with that name. I have no issues on unique or different names. I do think that the really odd ones should be given some thought to how it will affect them in life. See "Yourhighness" above. I knew one woman named "Jail." She pronounced it "Jah-eel," but it says what it says no matter how you choose to pronounce it. Big surprise - she'd been in jah-eel many times.
