Could you trust your partner to buy your sex toys for you?

Contributor: Martiniman Martiniman
I'm not asking if you want them to, I'm sure most if not all of you want to purchase or at least be in the decision making process of what sex toys you buy.

What I'm asking is...could you trust your partner to buy you sex toys that you will enjoy and use?

Examples: Do they know your likes and dislikes when it comes to dildos or vibrators, traditional, g-spot or rabbit. Do they know what type of vibrations you like or if you want patterns. Do they know what size toy you like in length and girth, and do they know your anatomy. Do they know your preference in material from silicone to glass to plastic and all the options, and do they know your texture and color preferences.

I'm not sure. He never has before and I'm not sure that he would know what to look for.

My husband bought our first few sex toys and still buys them. He has a pretty good idea what I like. (I try to stress "NO JELLY!" to him as years ago he used to come home with jelly toys and didn't know the difference.)

We use them together, so he knows what I enjoy.

Most definitely. He usually is the one that picks them out. He does a great job!

Definitely not, I'm the toy buyer in the family and the one who uses them the most. He's not even interested in searching the site.

I don't know. I'd have to tell him what to get.

My wife's thoughts exactly - she's never bought one for herself - I buy them all.

I think I can trust mine to get stuff for me. He knows what kind of stuff I enjoy.

I could trust my wife, but I'm like Gunsmoke, I but all the toys for us, although my wife is part of the final decision most of the time.

I buy my partner all his toys, but I usually make sure it's something he'd like first. I'd trust my partner to get me something I'd like, we have a decent collection so he's seen what I buy.

I'm the buyer in the house when it comes to toys. My husband thinks I'm kinky because I like toys. I'm the only person he's ever been with that has been open with toys and the usage. He's pretty vanilla, and I'm the one that brings in the sprinkles and the swirls. I'm working on getting him more interested in my toy collection.

I would let him buy them anytime. He buys them quite often, from here and from Sex stores.

I'm hard to shop for in general because I'm so fussy, let alone when it comes to toys.
