My girlfriend used to have one and I liked it, but like kissing and oral without too. I guess it doesn't matter to me either way.

Didn't really make a difference when an old partner of mine had it. The thing I noticed was that I was getting distracted when the piercing would hit her teeth during oral sex. It worked against my concentration.

I have had men and women who had both and there really isn't a difference, but if anything I think it is better without. This is because the tongue ring can snag and pull causing the person to stop were a person without the ring can just go to town!

My guy is pretty vanilla. He won't let me get a tongue piercing but is completely fine with my clit being pierced! Either way, I think I prefer no tongue piercings.

Fixing teeth costs enough as it is without damaging them from a tongue stud. It was not a positive thing making out with one very short time partner who did.

The cons of the tongue ring are the daily changing/cleaning, but it does provide a more intense sensation during oral. Sometimes you want a little softer, more sensual feel to oral though. So, it's something you have to work around.

Having a tongue ring can potentially erode the enamel or gums on teeth if it occasionally touches them for a moment because it is much harder than anything people normally put in their mouths and over the course of a few months or a couple years it can have a noticeable effect.
