Play a drinking game that leads to everyone being naked. Any board game can be used as a drinking game...well really any "game" can be turned into a drinking game and it usually helps keep conversation and stuff flowing if you're wanting to hang out for a bit first.

If you're there to just hit and quit it, then I would recommend just picking up a set of love dice or something like that.

There is an app for that I have one on my iphone and on my droid. They come with hundreds of sex game scenerios and you can input the number of players and their sex and your good to go
