I have always wondered this how many people are truthfully honest if you had an std would you tell someone that you were going to sleep with? Personally I have never had anything but if i did I think its only fair and right to tell the other person but there are some people out there who wouldn't whats peoples opinions on this?

I have never had one, and I don't plan on having another sexual partner then the one I have now. So I don't believe this will ever be a problem. However, if I did have a std, I would tell my partners. As I would want to know if my girlfriend had a std.

It's also the law to tell your partner if you have STDs, at least in most Western countries. really, you can get into some serious legal trouble if you don't.

I've never had an STD, but if I did? Yes, I would tell anyone that I slept with. I could never keep something like that a secret from my partner, and would hope that he would be just as honest with me.

If I had a disease for which there is no cure or for which I might still be infectious I would most certainly tell any prospective partners. If I was successfully treated and no longer infectious I don't know if I would divulge the information....I probably would but I can't say for certain.

If I had an STD, I wouldn't sleep with anyone else, probably, unless they also had the same STD. And of course I would make it clear.

i know somebody who not only has not told about her herpes, but

A. has unprotected sex with him
B. is engaged and he is still oblivious

i think very lowly of this person.

wow i think that is messed up. It isnt fair to the other person to be left in the dark. is there anyway someone else could clue him in. I mean its nobodys place but he has a right to know.
