I only have the Joque, but I'm not interested in the Theo at all. I love the Joque because it fits well and is very comfortable. I prefer the two strap harnesses.

The jock style offers more adjustability and, for many people, is more stable. That said I go with whatever the person wearing it likes. If they like their harness then they'll wear it more, so more fun.
