It probably varies from person to person. There really isn't such a thing as set or static "vaginal size." All women's vagina's have their sides touching when resting. The vagina, as I have said before, is like Memory Foam. It can stretch and then go back to where it is. Both vaginal length and ability to stretch is variable to each woman, but vaginal width has less variation during rest and more variation during arousal and childbirth.
Some women who say "I'm really tight." may have trouble relaxing or may still have remnants of their hymen. (Some women have a medical condition where they clamp down when penetration is attempted. This is NOT a failure to relax, nor does it have anything to do with vaginal "size" it's a spasm of the muscles in the vagina, and can be quite severe and painful.)
I've worked in health care, and child birth and there is no such thing as a woman whose vagina is "too small" to give birth to a baby. (Rarely the pelvis is small, but that has no impact on how large of a phallus that woman likes.) If vaginas actually had static size, that would be a problem, and it never is.
In the vernacular, "Size Queens" are people who prefer large sex toys. There is no set size that people who consider themselves Size Queens like, it's just usually larger toys.
It has nothing to do with body size. I'm not even 5 ft tall and weigh less than 125 lbs, and I have a tiny little constricted pelvis (as even with a 57 hour labor and every trick tried, I could not give birth to my babies vaginally, despite several tries) and I consider myself a "Size Queen." For no other reason that I like large toys. But, arousal has a lot to do with it. I can use toys that have a large circumference, but my GYN needs a child sized speculum to do a pelvic exam. A lot of vaginal stretching is related to the setting and the woman's state of mind.
That's it.
