I'm going to visit an friend next month who I'll definitely be hooking up with and since I'm on birth control now I want him to cum inside me because I've never experienced that...my question is what do I do afterwards to get it all out?
Probably a dumb question, but...

You can't really get ALL of it out. It goes right up your vaginal canal and cervix. So do be sure he has no STDs since birth control does NOT protect against that. To get most of it out at least, you can try douching. Just know it won't all come out no matter what you do. A good bit will come out on its own when you sit up. And a good bit more after you douche. But not all of it.

You won't be able to get it all out, I suggest if you don't want to still possibly get pregnant use a condom. You don't get the full feel of a man cumming in you but you can still feel the contractions of the penis pumping out the sperm. Do NOT douche it will push the sperm further up in your cervical area!!!!!

Its a scientific fact that if you orgasm sperm will find the side where your most fertile egg is coming from, within seconds of the orgasm, so its not coming out, not all of it, especially if he's doing it right and you get off. Sperm is much 'smarter' than the dicks they come from...ha ha.

Your vagina and uterus are self-cleaning organs. Over the next few days all of the semen will naturally either be expelled with your normal vaginal discharge or absorbed into your body.

I was more aiming towards the mess factor than pregnancy factor. Haha. If you're looking for as close to 100% no babynsex can get you, then yes, condom.

ummm why do you need to "get it all out"? most will come out on its own and the rest your body will absorb... but yes please do make sure he's clean first... thats far more important

If you are on a good form of birth control there is no need to get any of it out...as has been said before your body will take care of business. It's not that messy anyhow.

How fun! I love when my bf cums inside me... I usually have to pee after sex so most drip out. But Ive still had jizz in me when I take a shower the next day so I just use my finger to clean up.

You can't get it all out right after sex, the best you can do is wipe yourself off and then the rest will come out on its own.
