It's not strange. It's YOUR body, and you would be the one having to deal with a pregnancy if it occurred. Is he not wanting to?

I do not agree. It would be both of you dealing with the pregnancy, not just you. You need to understand that pregnancy can be one of the results of having sex. It can happen during any portion of your sexual activity that involves intercourse. If you are having sex, its going to be a risk you will need to take. Pulling out is one way to reduce the risk some, but some risk will still be there.

Of course not, condoms can break. My friend got pregnant even though she was taking birth control at the time

It's your body and he has to respect it if he's with you. But, if you're relying on the "Pull out method", it's one of the least effective birth control options. Even if he doesn't finish inside you, there's a chance of getting pregnant by pre-cum.

Nope!, condoms are not 100% reliable

I know people that are on birth control, wear condoms, and still pull out.

I don't. He has to go through it as well.

OP: No, it isn't weird. There are so many methods of avoiding pregnancy these days that not much would make me bat an eyelash.

Not weird at all. You should do what you're comfortable with

Not strange at all, condoms in conjunction with the pull out is a good idea.

condom + pull out is the advice i give to anyone who is wanting to avoid pregnancy but is not currently taking a chemical form of birth control.

If you want him to pull out, he needs to pull out. Otherwise he's not respecting you, and that's a serious issue.

Nope, nothing wrong with that. Extra precaution I think. I'm on BC, always take it correctly, and haven't had any accidents in 3 years. While boyfriend was glad to be able to cum inside at first, since then, he now pulls out 98% of the time because he's still afraid of the small chance with BC.
