I thought it was odd he kept falling out and then I noticed he was only partly erect he had to stop he scared me he said something's wrong..his heart was pounding in his head and something about then it slowed down..he is only 23 could it be from a poor diet and never exercising? he was also wearing a condom he is also not circumcised
I'm concerned about what went wrong last night when I was having sex with my boyfriend?

Sounds like he may want to go see a doctor and see if something is really wrong. Doesn't sound like it's anything sexual that would cause that.

Is he diabetic? Because blood sugar being too high or too low can cause both the heart rate fluctuation feeling, dizziness, and erection issues. If not, could he have been REALLY dehydrated or not have eaten for too long? It also sounds like it could be a blood pressure issue, a common culprit of erectile issues and feeling like your heart is pounding in your head.

Possibly being anemic. Had he eaten or anything?

I agree with everyone else. IT could be glood sugar, or blood pressure, or anemia. I definitely don't think it would be anything to do with the sex itself though.

Everything everyone else said and I'll add that it could have been a small anxiety attack.

sounds like he was just having a bad night. i would not worry about it unless it was happening alot.

If he's in poor health as you say, he might want to see a doctor. Don't ever screw around with health issues. Better to go to the doctor's and have nothing wrong than to not go and find out too late he had a massive blockage or something. Also, maybe talk to him about his lifestyle. No time like the present to start living healthier.
