It really kinda depends. Sometimes once a week, or twice, or three times, and sometimes not at all. Now that I am a little older, the urge isn't there as strong as it used to be. I am not sure how often my wife does it, but I suspect less than once a week, and probably even less.

I don't and it's no lie. If I am at all feeling "hot" down there, I simply flash my girlie parts to my guy and all my needs (and then some) are met. My hubby goes out of town to do lectures a few times a year. When I cannot go along, I kind of enjoy not having any orgasms, as a work up to his coming home and then I can go wild on him for days. The only exception is if he is away for a week or so, when I might "put on a show" for him, via his computer and then I may bring myself off, with him watching, of course.
