I might spend a lot if the quality is amazing and the look is very ultra unique.

I have quite the shoe collection, where most of them cost $100+ I have a pair of boots that cost close to $200. I'm no stranger to dropping a lot of shoes.

it depends on the shoe. for my shoes I wear to work I spend $100 or so because I am on my feet all day. If they are shoes for looking cute or just to dress nice I won't spend over $40 since I don't get as many wears out of them.

Somewhere around $100 for a good pair of shoes.

$40-60 is usually what I top out at.
03/12/2013
I say 55 max, and that's if they last a long time, nothing like that for looking cute lol
03/12/2013
About $50 is my max.
03/12/2013
I don't like spending more than $50, this counts for athletic shoes, dress shoes, boots, etc. I'm pretty good at finding sales so I don't go over my max price.
03/12/2013
Under $150. I have found most of the time you get what you pay for.

Between 60-80... I guess.

I voted fifty, but if the right pair of shoes came along, I might spend more. I have a few pairs of far more expensive shoes, but those have all been gifts from males in my life.

depends on the shoe and the use i need from it ...
i have a bit of a range - $10 for garden shoes ... $100+ for running shoes/high heels/hiking boots/snow boots
but i do bargain shop, and i like when i can find the quality / style / fit / brand, in like a $40 range. more than $100 and i have to think about it or hint that i want it as a gift lol

Depends on the type of shoe you are talking about I have paid over 200 for boots not by choice an over 100 on heels for my wife

I'll spend $20 if it's heels or something, but I mostly wear sandals and flip-flops and $20 is outrageous for flip flops. I hardly ever even pay over $30 for my heels. I did pay more than $30 for my zebra rain boots and my furry boots, but hey. That's understandable. I usually find great deals on my cute sandals, flip-flops and heels though!

I mean this with all the love in the world, but my wife is a shoe whore. It's nothing for her to drop $200 or way more on shoes or boots.

About 40, I wait until they go on clearance or I can get a good deal. I don't like shoe shopping but at the same time get tired of wearing the same pair after a while so make myself get new ones.
03/22/2013
Comfort and fit are my top priorities when purchasing shoes. I spend considerably more than I used to.
03/22/2013
I will not buy shoes based on appearances. For practical usage, comfort and quality... I am willing to buy the best fit regardless of price.

I have small feet and prefer Allen Edmonds shoes so I usually wait for sales but end up spend 200+ on them. They're worth it though. Great oxfords and loafers.
03/22/2013
When paying for like dress shoes I go cheap (under 40) but when it comes to sneakers which are pretty much on your feet every day for a year I go up in the 100's at running stores because of my flat feet.
