When you are (or were last time) in a long-term relationship, how many times in a period of 4 weeks do you:

a) have sex with your partner

b) masturbate

Usually the amount of sex is asked as times per week, but due to the break possibly caused by menses, I think it is better to count times per month. In that case the correct answer would be 3 weeks amount of sex, and 4 weeks amount of masturbation, if menses cause a break in sex life, but not in masturbation. And so on. Depending on if there are menses, and if they cause a break in your sex life and/or masturbation.

I will say. Damn, I can't count. It's def an everyday for us, but sex and mural masturbation.
We work full time and cater our evenings to a few drinks/..., Mural masturbation, and sex. Love my life

So older couple (50's) and we do not live together. He arrives on Fri and leaves on Mon and we engage at least once per day, if not twice. On the days during the week without him I masturbate everyday. Very active and healthy sex life. Just like food it is a necessity for me, at least. No menses. I did have 2 surgeries over a 3 month timeframe and that impacted the drive, due to medication, and physical restrictions but that is in the past and we are back to jackrabbits! Everyone is different and it all depends on upbringing in my opinion. Hope that helps!

With my busy life, I have not had sex with a female in four years. Also, from my experience, women today have too many issues and carrying baggage with drama. For the will to keep my body healthy and clean, I masturbate. I miss sex immensly.
