I've done more than one of these things, and I could only vote on one.

Yes. I've walked in on My Man choking the chicken. Sometimes he has some porn on, and he always guiltily jumps up, pants down, looks down and tries (usually unsuccessfully, because he still can't work a DVD player remote) to turn it off. Like a teenager caught by his mom or something.

We've been together more than 20 year. I KNOW he masturbates, he knows I do.

I usually ask him if he wants help or if he wants to get it on. A lot of the time he was just looking for a quick release and says he'll just finish up on his own. So, I'll leave him to his "work." Sometimes he'll ask if I'll help and I'll gladly do that. Once in a while it leads to full scale sex. Usually he was just looking for a quick release.

No big deal. It doesn't bother me at all.
