I've had this conversation with my boyfriend as well - he uses his non-dominant hand for masturbation. He said his right just doesn't work the same. Not quite the right speed, pressure, and so on.

Primarily my dominant hand, but I was slow choosing a dominant hand as I grew up so I do have a somewhat ambidextrous nature about myself, and I mix things up sometimes, but primarily I would say my dominant hand. While using a masturbation sleeve I tend to go back and forth more often.

Neither - I've always found it very difficult to use my hands. Instead I go about it prone on the bed or the floor. Weird, I know. My girlfriend's hands are actually more effective on me than my own.
