I think that can reasonably happen to everyone/anyone every now and then. If it's a pattern, I think it might qualify as an issue that needs addressed; but if it's only a very rare occasion, I don't think it qualifies as a "greedy partner", maybe just "an exhausted partner".

A relationship should be a 50/50 partnership, but it doesn't necessarily mean that both halves happen at exactly the same time.

I agree, once in a great while isn't a huge deal, but if it's happening regularly, someone is being selfish. My Man has occasionally fallen asleep (even before he came) and often I'll just wake him the hell up and let him know what I need!

I've NEVER fallen asleep during sex, but, once in a great while (maybe a few times a year or so) I run out of steam, so I hold him and play with his balls while he jerks off.

My husband is selfish. He doesn't care if I climax or not and doesn't bother to perform any foreplay to even get me aroused. His attitude is I'm having sex right now regardless if your body is ready for it or not. Nonetheless, I finish off with one of my toys after he leaves to get cleaned up.

Yep, but only because he couldn't stay awake long enough due to being up really early for work. I don't hold it against him and we usually talk about it and make it up later on when he's more conscious.

I don't think it's necessarily "greedy" for one partner to receive an orgasm where the other doesn't, but I do think it's greedy if one is not being attentive to their partner's needs and desires. I try and keep things even and even if I can't perform again for my partner I am always happy to offer using toys, etc. to help bring her pleasure. I think it's only fair.

My boyfriend can be selfish too, at times. I really enjoy kissing and whatnot, but for some reason our "foreplay" has begun to only consist of me giving him oral. It is so frustrating!

My boyfriend used to be more selfish and I used to be more giving. I constantly gave my boyfriend head (I'm talking, like, every day or at least every other day) and he would never give me anything in return. I told him over and over that this hurt me but it never changed. I finally just stopped giving him head. It didn't seem fair. It doesn't seem like he was trying to be mean or rude. He was probably just very very tired. I've had a bf before finish and when I asked him to keep touching me he told me to do it myself. Needless to say, we're not together anymore.
