that peculiar sound it makes during the in and out
From the polls it appears that the majority do not like using condoms but how many get turned on by the sound they make during sex?

I hate absolutely everything (except, of course, for their usefulness in preventing pregnancy and STDs) about condoms: the way they feel, the way they smell, the way they look, and the way they sound. My wife also hates the way they taste.

The sound is actually part of the reason they turn me off

I'm indifferent.

I don't know what you are talking about. I don't mind them but sometimes they make me sore...

I've rarely heard any sounds from a condom.

I've only heard sounds from condoms a few times. They certainly don't turn me on, but they don't turn me off either.

Used them only at end of high school. Don't remember any sound. Do remember I didn't like them. Sex in a raincoat. Never have used any since.

The squishy plastic sound. Usually happens with lubricated condoms.

Dear God no! There's nothing sexy about a condom.

I've not used a condom, except in one instance where my friend told me the orange ones actually tastes of orange. We had been given samples that day so I opened one at home to see if this was true. It was not.

if anything, the sound would probably turn me off and distract me.
I tend to prefer condoms to be as non-noticeable as possible. I hate the smell of latex, so if I get a waft that can be a mood killer. Sounds? Same difference. I don't even find the wet squishy non-condomed sex sound particularly sexy, much less the rubbery condom version.
With my current partner, the experience has been more than ever that the only time condoms start actually feeling good is when they break Luckily though, we're committed and mono and both get tested once a year anyway, and I'm on bc so there hasn't been much to worry about anyway. Oh well.
