My lover and I enjoy taking pictures of each other. It is a real turn on for both of us. We also have posted them on various "Rate My ..." type sites and really enjoy the comments we get.

I'm just mentally-vain enough to love to have such a thing done professionally.
Then I look down at my body ...
No, I don't think I can. It's either live-nude or clothed, no souvenirs for posterity.

We take photos all the time and use them for sexting (only each other, of course).
I would love to have some Betty Paige type stuff done and be able to give it to my bf, he would love it.

I would just not want them there because I'd want it to be a surprise. Also, a lot of the erotic photography doesn't look nearly so sexy until the actual photo comes out. It's about angles and lighting and focus, and I'd want him to see the finished product only just because I think it'd be sexier that way.

I can't really vote because it all depends. My best friend is a photographer, so if she was doing the photos then no. I don't need J there for her because I have known her for 12 years, but anyone else, I would definitely want him there with me.

I am a professional photographer, and as such I have quite a few photographer friends; I've done my fair share of nude modeling as well as nude photoshoots with them all. It's really nerve wracking but also super empowering.

I wouldn't want him there because it would take all the fun out of it I think but I would totally do it.
10/27/2010
I would want him there just because I would be more comfortable, and maybe we could get pics done together
10/27/2010
I would rather it be a surprise.

I agree with NuMe, I would want it to be a surprise. However, I wouldn't mind having a photo shoot with my wife that we could keep.

Well, I dunno about having them done professionally. I'm not that confident with myself. But I might try to do something similar on my own with a tripod and the camera set on timer. Maybe. Probably not; again, that confidence thing.
But I'd definitely want it to be a surprise for them if I did it

I would like such photos of myself for my partner, but I would probably not have them taken professionally unless the photographer was a friend. I model, too. But I don't show anyone my naked body other than my partner. I would probably only do "implieds", cover what I must to feel comfortable. But usually, I would go alone. I get more "in character" that way. My significant other would feel kind of out of place.
Some photographers hate when a "friend" shows up. I understand that they can get distracted, I can, too. But some say friends help out too much. None of my friends would do that. :/ I avoid photographers who get really weirdly defensive when this comes up. There are photographers that are just people, but some are pretty weird.
But if you are the one paying for the photos, you are considered the boss, I think.

yes. ive thougt about this and i wanna for hubbie as a suprise. so i wouldnt want him there.
10/28/2010
Since it would be a gift I wouldn't want my SO with me. I'd let them take pictures of me, though.
10/28/2010
I would consider doing it but wouldnt want a partner there so they were a total surprise when he opened them.

I wouldn't be opposed to having the boyfriend present, but being that the photos would be a gift, I voted that I wouldn't want him there. But if it was just pictures for fun, of course I'd want him there.

I would want it to be a surprise, but I don't think I would be very comfortable without him

why u lough tina?

I said no because I don't think I'd be comfortable with a stranger taking those photos, or anybody for that matter. Unless it was my partner doing it I don't think I could.

My wife had those kind of photos done for me for my birthday while I was deployed to Iraq. The photos were very professional. They were conservative for the most part. Their would be something covering up everything, but still really seductive. That was the best use of an United States flag that I had ever seen.

i've modeled nude for 2 different photographers, both old men working as professional artists. my lover was never there.
i dont suppose the shots were very 'erotic' necessarily but more appreciative of the female form. the shots were always in black and white.
i'm pretty glad i did it. it was a lovely experience and i'll have those shots of how hot i was at age 19 forever.

I prefer taking my own photos and poses. I normally just set my phone on a timer and pose. My husband wouldn't want me getting it done by someone else and seeing me naked.

It is an interesting thought. I've seen a lot of local photographers in my area doing boudoir and they do great work. I don't see anything wrong with it and I think it depends on the person if they want their s/o there. Could always add them in a few photos though!
