I do not have one yet, but someday, in the future, I would like to have a dungeon of my own. A dedicated playroom. And also a playroom for my girl (a literal playroom, though, for her dolls and little girl things).
Does your home have an adult playroom?

I'd like to be at least a little less "discreet" about stuff in our bedroom, like having restraints permanently attached to the bed, etc. But, as we still have kids living at home, that isn't going to happen for a long time.
One of our older children has already moved out, and I keep saying we're going to turn the spare room into "My Sewing Room" (despite the fact that I only sew when I have to fix something.) My Man is starting to make jokes about a "Sewing Room Slash Dungeon." Don't think it's going to happen, though. We'd have to get rid of about 1,000,000,000, stuffed animals, kid clothes, and heaven knows what else just to get the room to be a guest room again. It's probably going to be a Guest Room. We entertain a lot, and prefer people stay over if both have had a lot to drink, (I don't like the idea of people being on the road driving when they've been drinking) and I miss having a Guest Room when all the rooms were given out as our family expanded. So, I guess it's going to be a Guest Room.

I wish I could change my vote! I now have a playroom.

Shiloh
We converted our basement into a dungeon.

no my house does not have one
10/29/2010
That would be fun to have an adult playroom.
10/29/2010
I don't, I live at home with my parents, but that would be awesome to have one day although it is unlikely.

Hubby and I were discussing how we would love to have a private room in our next house for playtime or when we had guests over. I recall one documentary I saw years ago where this couple had built a small door in a wall of their home which lead in to a black room where they kept everything. It was fascinating and so secretive too!
We decided if we could do it, we'd have a bed, a swing, an armoire full of toys, and a small refridgerator.
Do any of you have a room/dungeon in your home? If yes, what is in it? less

Unfortunately I barely have enough bedroom space let alone a complete free room. Got me fantasizing now.

I'd love a private playroom!
10/31/2010
It would be cool to have a playroom that I can acces through a hidden door. But since we don't have any room mates or children we're all over the flat when it comes right down to it.

At the moment I don't even have a bedroom because our house is too small. Our bed is in the living room!
Once we move to a bigger house, the bedroom will be the playroom. I can't see using a separate room to store toys/play though unless it is actually set up as a dungeon meant for multiple couples.

My wife and I are definitely going to do a adult playroom. Our next apartment when we move is either going to have a dedicated room, or we are going to use the spare room as a combination guest/playroom. We don't have guests over very often, so we would have a playroom most of the time. We want to have just the guest bed, then a swing, our esse, wedge, ramp, and scoop all in there.
Once we get our house, we want a dedicated room with the above mentioned items, minus the bed, but also include the Liberator Zeppelin, a tv, and stereo system.

I have considered buying some Liberator stuff as bedroom furniture, instead of replacing my waterbed. It looks comfortable, and with a little bit of sewing, and a little bit of carpentry, I could achieve a really cool look. And then if I'm ever not single, I'd be prepared.
Or, I could just buy a new bed. It could go either way, really.

Definitely something worth dreaming about We can't use the whole house because we have room mates, but that would be just as good.

I have my own sort of "space" in the front room where I am permitted to sit, and it has rope with a connector attached to connect to my permanent collar. We have many toys hanging up in the bedroom, impact toys, etc.
We live in a 2 bedroom apartment, but only need one bedroom. The "spare" bedroom has its own lingerie rack and toy and restraints as well. We don't have any restraints in the bathrooms, but we keep waterproof toys in there. less

I have a spare room that I decoupaged the walls with old Playboy, Hustler, Penthouse magazine covers. My husband got his dads and older bros collections. Hundreds and hundreds of mags. They go back to the 50's , but they were not in collectors condition so I figured use them for our room rather than have them sit in a box to further decompose.

We just got rid of our elliptical machine in our bedroom yesterday, and it was taking up a lot of space. Now that it's gone, we have moved the Liberator Esse where it was, so it isn't buried under all of the other shapes and against a wall. The bedroom looks much larger now, and it is going to make using the Esse so much easier.

I wish I had one. Boyfriend and I have talked about having one when we move into our next home. Something offset from the master bedroom, where kids can't get to it lol. Between regular kink activities and being into ageplay I would love to have someplace off set from my day to day life for play, cause while kink is part of who we are its not all of who we are ya know?
11/18/2010
It would be fun, but I know my kids, and they would always ask why there was a secret room that they had never seen.

My bedroom is my playroom, but I have a big closet, an oversized comforter, and a lot of drawers... so you would never know.

Would love to have one of these, but right now is impractical. We've thought about having a room off of the master bedroom that is "hidden" that we could use or an attic connected from the MB, but doesn't seem like that will ever happen.
12/17/2010
we dont have a sex room...but we do each have our own sapce. its just hubbie and i and a large 4 bedroom house. we keep our toys in our bedroom near by. ganna install a swing in the near future
12/17/2010
I have a studio apt. so since the bed is literally in the dining room, you could say that my whole "house" is a playroom
12/17/2010
Not yet...but it will happen. The boyfriend and I have made plans for the house we plan to build someday...and a secret room is in the plans. As are multiple hidden escape tunnels...don't ask

Once the kid is gone off to have his own life we are turning his room into a playroom, as a deterrent to him moving back in! Our bedroom is our playroom now and when our kids at school the whole house is our playroom. Yay! We often talk about having a room with a swing in the middle and sex furniture and all sorts of interesting things. Someday.
