Do you remember the date?

Do you remember the actual date (day, month, year) that you lost your virginity? If not, do you think it's odd that others remember theirs so well?

I do only because it was a sad day in History as well. It was september 11 2001 at 10:30 at night, yeeaaa we still to this day say we were emotional and it seemed right. Though really we just had the chance and did it.

If I had cared to remember, I probably would remember the date, but.. It was, like, a month after school started, one day after school, with the guy who sat next to me in band. There was no reason why we did it, we just did. «shrugs»

I consider doing intercourse (PIV sex) for the first time to be losing one's virginity, so in that respect I have not. But that's just my person take on what virginity is.

If you mean virginity in any other way it sorta depends on the act. I can remember around when for most things, but I hadn't built them up in my mind as a big deal like I have with PIV.

I can remember the year, who it was, & where I was, but I don't remember the actual month or day. I was skipping school with my boyfriend at the time and it happened in the back of my explorer! How romantic right lol, we were 16, first time for both of us.

However, if I wanted to, I could remember the day me and my husband both had sex for the first time with each other. It was a sad day for us as well. Had a close friend of our pass away, after the funeral her brother had a party to remember he by, and we both had a connection before that day but we were both seeing other people, well that night one thing led to another and that was the start of our relationship.

Haven't had sex yet. But when I do it's going to be a big deal, and I'm sure I'll remember a lot about it.

While i cant remember the day of the week, i remember the time and date and even the room of the house it was in when i "lost my virginity." I cant believe it's been 10 years now (since april)! Phew, time seems to fly i guess.
I used to be very big on trying to remember dates of important life events, however this happens less and less now. I do remember the date the frist time my partner and i had PiV sex, and i bought that up to them more recently and they were just like "how do you even remember that." I find it kind of funny i can remember that but neither him or i can remember when we "officially" became a pair [thank goodness for facebook for remembering for us i guess].

I'm surprised I'm not getting more answers like these!

I remember the date and approximate time. I remember where I was and everything that happened. It was 08/09/05.

It was two o' clock in the afternoon, in the middle of the living room floor and I remember exactly how it went down. Ah the joys of being sober at that precise moment in time.

And tomorrow is the 16th year anniversary of my husband and I's first kiss.

Thanks! And happy upcoming-aversary! Those are memories no one can take away so I hold onto them tightly.

First kissed hubby at a rock concert - we were outside, the sky was flippin gorgeous and it was so unexpected that I think I can even still see the way his eye-lashes fluttered as he leaned in; I have an insane memory for things like that.

I bet you I can tell you things about community members THEY don't even remember saying on the forum which now that I think about it might make for a pretty kick-ass game for the community.

Each person posts saying they want to play and then we respond to their comment with things we know about them from posts they've made on the forum. Private messages excluded as I know I tend to be more liberal with info-sharing there than out here in this vast land of text. /babble

(And I promise I won't cheat - I do have access to every single comment on the forum that was ever written and can search by user name.)

I lost my virginity exactly one day after my 17th birthday. Almost 10 years ago.
Glad to say that I've had some awesome sex since then. He was the most unsatisfying lover I ever had.
