Personally I never get headaches - but my wife gets them frequently. The good news is sex will usually help her get rid of them - must be the endorphins or oxytocin release - but whatever it works!

I have migraines, so I try to avoid things that cause headaches, but I don't even realize I'm getting one of these orgasm headaches until it is happening.

I used to date a guy who got orgasm headaches a lot. It sucked because he was in pain after sex, and it also made cuddling difficult. I have no idea if this still happens to him. I'm in contact with him, but we no longer have the kind of relationship where this would be appropriate to ask him about it.

Very very rarely, but there are times when an orgasm intensifies a dull headache to a splitting headache.

Only if I get up too soon afterwards - sort of a stabbing pain for about half a minute along with the light-headedness.

I get bad migraines and am prone to orgasm headaches as well. They're usually lighter than migraines, but suck in a whole different way since it makes something good not so great.

I don't get headaches per se, but with occasionally have brief pain, almost like a lightning bolt, if I hold my breath too long (which somehow intensifies my orgasm) on a big build up.

No, but I often use an orgasm as a way to treat pain. The endorphin release is helpful.
