to me, solo masturbation is not sex. sex involves 2 or more people.

if it were sex, i would have been sexually active since 12 years old and i would have had sex with a man MUCH more than with women.

It's a part of our sex life because we often end up doing it together or helping each other out. But, we do also do it separate, which I think is more just regular maintenance than part of our sex lives haha.
