I imaging respondents to your question will want to know what qualifies as deep?
I can only surmise from myself and the dildos we use. My observation is that the more aroused my wife is the deeper she will want the penetration.
When she goes cowgirl - her favorite with me, she gets about 7". When she gets on an orgasm roll with toys she can go to about 8". Considering the average vagina is about 4"-5" deep before sex, that represents a pretty 2-"-3" stretching.
A similar progression happens on the girth part of the equation. Early in a session she's comfortable with 1.5" diameter toys - but that can go as high as 2.3" as she progresses.

Deep starts to hit things which distracts from my pleasure in most positions. When we're in a position I can take deep well, that's a different story. Deep all the way!!!!
