I totally agree, and I also have not done it lying down. My last partner was too small for it and the new one is too big if I am lying on my back. I add breast sex to oral when I do. Just do it at the same time.

Me too. I've only tried it with my fiance. He had done it with his last partner, but her boobs were too big for it to be anything other than painful for him. I don't quite get it, but the way he explained it made sense.
