I usually don't make too much noise, but only because I don't want to alert the neighbors. But, I do know that I'm capable of lots of noise! I guess it depends on the situation -- do I care if someone overhears & does my partner like the feedback. I'm actually pretty silent, except for when it gets really intense and then I might make a few quiet noises.

Not trying to restrain anything, its just not in me to scream. Even when I've had to go to the ER for stitches, the loudest sound I've made is one of those inhaling hiss noises.
