I don't have to worry about it happening at very random times, because I don't give head very often (just a personal thing). But I know that even sometimes right out of the shower, balls can still smell, even if they got scrubbed real well. Honestly, I dust everything down there with honey dust or some other edible body powder. It freshens up the fragrance and makes him taste a little better.

My man can get a VERY stinky grundle, and knows it- in fact he uses StinkyGrundle as many of his online aliases. (Yes, I know he's a fucking weirdo. But I love him!) He's probably more picky about me giving him head if he smells bad than I am! But, as long as he's scrubbed really well, (ie more than one washing each time he showers.. the man is a certified germaphobe, haha) and dries his boys completely afterwards, there isn't any scent to speak of. He says that sometimes if it's extra sticky out, Gold Bond powder, or even corn starch, helps keep him dry and the odor in check.

He says to tell your man "No shower, no sucky sucky." LMAO.

Same for us, he doesn't smell though...well perhaps he does but he has never let me close enough to actually detect a smell. He won't let me blow him unless he has had a shower (same for me when I want cunnilingus).

I guess the running advice so far is powdering the balls...I'll remember this in case I need this advice later on in my relationship, lol.

We don't have this problem - for a couple of reasons. I shave so there is no hair for the grunge to grow on & I have a desk job - so I'm not out working in an environment that would contribute. Even after a long hard workout, there's just the slight smell of ammonia from the sweat - very east to rinse off.

My husband had this issue to a small extent when he wasn't so keen on showering every day, and also when he left his pubic hair as it was. For the last five years he's showered daily, and he's very good about shaving and doing in-between spot washes. Whew!

My boyfriend doesn't have that problem either. He also shaves and has a desk job, sort of. He's just not a smelly guy, and he's good about showering right after a workout or being active, so I don't have to worry about it.

Shaving must be the trick then, because I do it too and Michele has always said I smelled good.

It definitely is! When my husband used to leave it as is it would smell pretty ripe down there unless he was fresh out of the shower. Now he trims it really close and it's fine..although I'd assume it'd still smell pretty ripe if he had been sweating right before hand...but I don't give oral at those times.

I give oral a lot and so it often is at random "I want you" moments that my bf grabs me or vice versa. But, I guess I am a luck gal! I cannot think of an instance that even warranted an explanation like yours. Sure...a few times on hot days it may have smelled a bit musty down there, but it was more of that manly musk than a gag worthy stench. I've never needed a tasty oral aid or anything like that.

I did have a boyfriend that worked physical jobs a lot. He knew he could be a bit nasty smelling at times, but would always make sure he was clean when he wanted oral. So maybe ask your guy to do that? I didn't have to ask, he just did it because he loved oral and he knew I would love to do it as long as he was clean. Maybe explain that you would get into it more if he made sure he was clean?

Why does my current guy not smell? I'm not sure, but he is very clean and showers every day, sometimes multiple times. He also shaves his balls...which might be the main reason? Does your guy shave?

If you wash multiple times you can leave hair there, but you do need to be very careful to get the soap through the hair to clean the skin. Trim definitely helps keep the potentially stinky areas less stinky, as does shave.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Hair was ment to keep things out and protect our bodies before humans started wearing clothing. The only problem is that is can hold bacteria in, and you have to really have to be sure to clean thoroughly. Now we have underwear to protect us and trimming down the hair or removing it is ideal, in my opinion anyway.

My husband is in the Military. He doesn't have a desk job, but he isn't out in the heat all day everyday either. But he always uses Gold Bond on his balls. He says it helps keep them dry, and prevents them from sort of sticking to his skin when he sweats, therefore being more comfortable.

I had no idea a guy could be smelly down there. I mean after sweating, sure. But not like what it sounds from reading this thread. I guess it's never been an issue since I clip/shave down there. At least my wife has never mentioned it...

I have found that shaving has helped alot with smelly balls. I used to not care and was very active in HS with football and track. And it would just get nasty sweat hair and smell eww. Around 17 I started manscaping being back in the early to mid 90s this was still kinda a taboo thing for strieght guys and friend used to really bust my balls. Then one day when they busting my balls and thier GF were around I said to them ok guys hey ladies how do your biys here react then you lick thier balls or kiss around thier sac and what not. Guess what they said eww we dont cause they are hair and it smells. to which I said hmmmmm rly you dont say. Loved your post - but the multiple misspellings detracted from it's effectiveness. The little red squiggly lines under a word tell you to correct the spelling. If you right click over the offending letters, the software will suggest the correct spelling. For example alot is not a word - it's two words a lot. Guys are not strieght - they are strait.

May I also suggest that your proof read your posts - simple mistypings like:

'biys' instead of boys
when instead of 'then'
don't instead of 'dont'
attack instead of attackt'

I hope you are not offended - its just a courtesy to the group to correct your mistakes and proof read your work.

My hubs isn't particularly stinky, but I have a VERY sensitive nose, he knows there's 100% no chance of blowjobs if he hasn't cleaned up before hand...It's just a weird thing I have.

Sometimes I can't ignore it and sometimes I can. Some guys smell worse than other guys. I think it has a lot to do with what they've been eating, whether they smoke, etc. If it is really bad I just tell the person that a shower is required.

After working in the heat and getting sweaty, my boyfriend can get kind of stinky. If I notice he's a little stinky, I'll just either tell him I'll be waiting when he gets out of the shower, or I will grab some baby wipes.

A lot of it is diet. I find with partners who have very bad eating habits aka tons of fastfood and homemade fast food (burgers/dogs/pizza) the smell is increased. Probably because their bodies are doing everything they can to pusho out the excess toxins. Also trimming and cleaning help, if hes a guy who doesnt shower every day just throw a box of wipes or something at him.
