First and foremost, do not engage in (giving) oral sex until your new piercing heals 100%, or if it is ever irritated. You can get STI's and yeast infections if you don't take the proper precautions (insert horror stories). Remember, it is an open wound. If you absolutely must, please use a condom or dental dam. Keep mouth wash around and rinse with a sea salt solution (dissolve 1/2 tablespoon per 1 cup of water) as much as you can; you really can't do saline rinses too much.
