I talk about sex outside of the act. Not post sex and not during foreplay or sex itself unless what they are doing hurts.

90% of the time it works really well and it helps bonding on an emotional level.

If it is just once, I will just let it go and ignore it. If it happens more then the one time, I will guide the person by tell the person what feels good while they are giving the oral. I do it in a way that doesn't make me seem bossy or demanding.
