This one's really hard to explain, but it's a technique that drives my hubby wild. A couple things.
When I'm using my hands, in between straight oral, a make a movement like I'm opening a jar, except both hands are in use. one holds the penis, the other twists, then the reverse, and then both hands in both directions.
