I scream, too, and My Man often tells me to be quiet, because I guess I swear a lot. I think it's a natural reaction to trying to rid yourself of all inhibitions when climbing towards the orgasm, that you let loose with a foul mouthed rampage when it happens. I have such a hard time explaining what happens, how I feel at that time. Each time is a little different, too. Usually in the build up and first seconds of the orgasms I do things with my hands on my partner's chest, maybe sometimes I scratch a little, but I don't mean to. I get really quiet right before my orgasm and then it feels like a wave. I don't experience weird visual sensations but there definitely are physical ones. Depends on if it's one or two fast intense orgasms or multiple smaller ones that feel more like waves.

For the fast intense ones I usually scream, pant, arch my back, flail around, and shake my head back and forth. I usually feel the need to grip something, most likely the sheets but if it's the boyfriend, he gets nasty claw marks.

For the slower wave orgasms I get really quiet and still until one hits me, then my legs shake and my abs tense up so my torso lifts off the bed. Usually these only happen after the intense orgasms and when the stimulation is more gentle/slower.
