I haven't squirted but once or twice, yet some advice I have is this; relax!

I read somewhere awhile ago that when a woman is about to squirt, it feels like she's about to pee, so many ladies hold back from enjoying the moment by tensing up the kegel and pelvic muscles. Relaxing those muscles more is supposedly a key to squirting.

Try to figure it out on your own first because it will be easier to figure it out with your partner. Watch your DVD, if it helped you, alone. Castin is right, RELAXATION is key to enjoying an amazing O that leads to squirting. What works for me is an insertable toy with weight or vibrations. I insert the toy and leave it inside. I do kegels while I focus on clitoral stimulation. I usually end up squirting all over the place. However, I can squirt with just clitoral stimulation too. Relaxation is indeed key and for me at least, being comfortable with with me and my body. Masturbate. Lots. And lots. Get comfortable with yourself and what your body feels, and have towels under you and yes, it is messy. Practice does make perfect.

Be patient. You have to teach your body how to squirt and think of it like perfecting a new recipe. It takes a few tries to get it just right.

I agree with the comments above - relaxation and privacy are great starting points. I bought my wife a Pure Wand and told her to figure it out - then teach me. Once she figured it out, now it happens regularly - sometimes from toys and sometimes during intercourse.
