Lazy!? Those are some of the most classic positions out there. How can you beat simply rolling over and getting to it?

How do you compensate for different heights in the shower? Shower Sex is something I'd love to cross off the list. For the record, the partner is about 4 inches shorter than I am. Short of wearing heels or standing on a box in the shower (not super safe), how can one overcome the height difference?
